Our Commitment
We design and build our speakers to deliver a compelling, immersive audio experience. We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason your speaker does not meet your expectations, our return and refund process is designed to be as clear and straightforward as our products.
1. The 30-Day Listening Period
Premium acoustic drivers require a 40 to 50-hour breaking-in period to loosen up and reach their optimal warmth, clarity, and balance. To ensure you experience the absolute best from your speaker, we give you 30 days from the date of delivery to listen, test, and fall in love with the sound.
If you decide it is not the perfect fit within this 30-day window, you can initiate a return for a full refund. To be eligible:
The unit must be in the same condition you received it, free of any cosmetic wear, scratches, or dents.
It must be repacked securely in its original packaging.
All original accessories included in the box (such as power cords, antennas, remotes, and manuals) must be returned with the unit.
2. Defective or Damaged on Arrival
If your Faye product arrives damaged or is found to be defective right out of the box, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or issue a full refund, and provide you with clear instructions on how to return the affected unit.
3. The Refund Process
Once your returned product reaches our facility, our technical team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete.
Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
If the product is returned with missing accessories or significant cosmetic damage, a restocking or repair fee may be applied, which will be deducted from your total refund.
4. One-Year Limited Warranty
Beyond the 30-day return window, your Faye speaker is protected by our 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
Coverage: This covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including manufacturing faults in electronics, drivers, and internal components, as well as support for firmware and software-related issues.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications; cosmetic wear such as scratches or fading; issues arising from improper storage, moisture, or extreme temperatures; or consumables like remote batteries and fuses.
Service: Warranty service is provided through our authorized repair program. You will need to ship the product to our authorized service centre. Please ensure the unit is packed securely, ideally in its original packaging. We are not responsible for any damage incurred during transit due to improper packaging, and such damage is not covered under warranty. The return shipping back to you after repair is fully covered by us.
